Degree / diploma holder  in , rural development, social sciences or public health
•       Have worked with INGO for a minimum of 2 years as a veterinary /   related technical qualifications especially in cash
transfers/water trucking
•       Experience in food security, livelihoods, emergency response, cash transfer / WASH  Fluent in English both written and oral.
•       Experience in training using participatory adult learning methodologies.
•       Experience in electronic data capture, excel or SPSS
1.       Participate in the development of monthly and weekly plans
2.       Assist the Team Leader to mobilize community members, raise awareness of the programme and conduct assessments at the
inception of the programme
3.       Co – facilitate dialogues on the beneficiary targeting criteria and build consensus with the community
4.       Assist with formation of beneficiaries’ database and orientated on their roles and responsibilities.
5.       Support the Project Officer in the targeting and selection of beneficiaries following the agreed criteria.
6.       Collect data on beneficiaries and ensure the information is input in the database.
7.       Conduct trainings on hygiene promotion and community based monitoring  as well as refreshers following an agreed curriculum
8.       Conduct regular field visits; submit weekly and monthly plans and reports on progress on qualitative and quantitative indicators by
completing agreed monitoring tools.
