About Company: Protecting Families against HIV/AIDS (PREFA) is a national Non Governmental Organisation (NGO) that was formed in June 2004 with a mission to assist Uganda to enhance access to quality HIV/AIDS prevention, care, treatment and support to families with emphasis on Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission (PMTCT) of HIV as the entry point to these services.

 A minimum of 8 years management experience in an NGO environment, including significant field operations experience, with at least 5 years working in HIV, SRHR and community-based health programming.
 Bachelor degree in medicine with a post graduate qualification in public health, development studies or project planning and management; or a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related field with a Masters in Public Health.
 Proven ability to design and write competitive project proposals for major institutional donors.
 Ability to provide strong project M&E support and compile/review quality donor reports.
 Experience in designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative operations research
 Previous experience of managing Field-based Teams to achieve high impact results.
