About Company: The Danish Refugee Council is currently implementing a broad range of activities relevant to conflict affected communities and persons. The activities are categorized in ten sectors: Shelter and Non-food Items, Food Security, Protection, Income Generation, Coordination & Operational Services, Community Infrastructure & Services, Humanitarian Mine Action, Armed Violence Reduction (AVR), Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH), and Education. Requirements
University  degree /high degree in Business/Administrative .
Mini mum of 2  years’ experience in a similar position  with an international  organization preferably in Somalia context.
Good  command of spoken an d writ ten English and Somali.
Excellent organizational  skill s, self-motivated , proactive and able to accomplish  set deadlines.
Very hon est  and trustworthy person
Good  computer skills – especially Excel spreadsheets and able  to work with Formulas, Power Point and Word .
Willing t o travel and can  work under pressure

Assist the Are a Operations Coordinator in  developing, establishing, maintaining , archiving and  auditing HR  and administrative system s
Ensure personnel files are complete  and updated while ensuring adherence to highestlevels of confidentiality
Participate in the recruitment process in  Hargeisa to ensure compliance with DRC hiring procedures as outline d in the  HR Manual as well as preparation
for contracts for incoming staff and consultants
