Requirements
Minimum of a Diploma in Medical Laboratory
Sciences, Clinical Medicine, Nursing, Public
Health or any health equivalent health related
field
Advanced Diploma or Bachelors Degree in
Medical Laboratory Sciences, Medicine/ Nursing
or equivalent degree will be an advantage
At least 2 years experience in the relevant field
with some experience of working in performance
improvement/quality management position
A good understanding and experience in Project

Responsibilities
Participate in Planning and implementation of
Quality improvement activities in APHFTA
Participate in developing Malaria project budgets,
budget forecasts, budget follow-ups
Provide training and technical support to APHFTA
members in the quality improvement process
Ensure that quality improvement plans are
properly implemented and synchronized with
the approved business plans
Develop monthly, quarterly and annual Malaria
project reports in collaboration with other staff
