reduction programs, private sector development, access to

Responsibilities
Oversees day to day operations of a large, complex program to generate more and higher wage employment for subsistence farmers
Supports
leading of the overall technical and financial performance of the
project, including program planning, budgeting, and M&E, and ensures
that technical, financial, and administrative activities are carried
out according to USAID and Palladium?s policies and procedures
Provides technical input into the design and delivery of the program activities
Manages
subcontractors, both international and local, to ensure that their
performance meets or exceeds technical and financial contractual
requirements
