Responsibilities
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Senior Human Resources Officer will serve as an active member of the human resources team
and be responsible for providing support for human resource operations within the Pact Tanzania Human Resources (HR) department to
deliver end to end HR transactional services for the Pact Tanzania head office and its field offices. S/he will coordinate delivery of HR services for recruitment, on-boarding, orientation, benefits administration, employment contract management, staff performance management, staff
development and staff relations in line with the set organization HR policy, procedures and practices.
