Requirements
A Bachelor or Master in Human Resource or other social sciences like; sociology, psychology, anthropology etc.
    A minimum of 3 years of HR and Administration management experience
    Practical understanding of recruitment processes, plus maintaining and writing job descriptions
    Ability to put a job evaluation system in place, and maintain it
    Be familiar with planning and organizing trainingin accordance to the strategic goals of an organisation
    Have experience with implementing retention strategies
    Experience and practical knowledge about the legislative framework in regards to personnel
