Employer: GOAL SOUTH SUDAN
About Company: In July 2011, after decades of civil war, South Sudan gained independence from Sudan. However, such an extended period of conflict and civil unrest had left the country severely underdeveloped, particularly lacking in public health and education facilities. We are delivering health and livelihoods programmes in South Sudan, to help the country develop its capacity to provide for the needs of its people. After tribal-based violence erupted in December 2013, we also launched an emergency response programme across conflict-affected Upper Nile State.
