About Company: The Family AIDS Care and Education Se rvices (FACES) is a PEPFAR CDC funded project that has supported the provision of comprehensive, coord_inated, compassionate HIV prevention, care and treatment services in Western Kenya since 2004. The FACES program is implemented in partnership with the Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI), Ministry of Health (MOH) and the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) . FACES is funded through September 2021 with a mandate to support HIV care and treatment se rvices in 72 MOH health facilities within Kisumu County.

Requirements
Degree in Medicine (MBChB) or equivalent medical degree. Master's degree or PhD in public health or a related
field is an added advantage. A minimum of eight years of experience with HIV/AIDS care and treatment and/or
research experience, with at least four years in a senior management leadership position. Minimum five years of
demonstrated experience in project design of HIV technical activities and managing and supervising large teams.
Healthcare management, care provision, and/or research experience in Africa related to HIV/AIDS, preferably in
Kenya. Experience in representing organizations with government, donors or partner organizations. Experience
with development and implementation of multiyear grant funded projects. Experience working with KEMRI and
Ministry of Health is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
1) Se rve as the FACES program representative with partners, collaborato rs and CDC-Kenya
2) Overall management of the FACES program to ensure all objectives and targets are achieved
3) Lead the development of the program implementation/ work plan, and development and monitoring of
the programs budgets
