Responsibilities
The position is responsible for enabling CESB to achieve its mission and mandate and will primarily be responsible for the
strategic human resource development planning, capacity development and engagement of key partners in both private and
public sector to support work around human capital and skills development.
The Incumbent will work closely with the Head of Department for Strategic Human Resource and Capacity Development lo
deliver on the department's mandate. He or she will manage all the department staff to ensure excellent delivery of strategic
human resource activities and initiatives. To succeed in this role, it requires a high energy person, creative thought leader, expert
in application of frameworks; with a vast track record of developing contextualized ideas with 100% implementation rate in order
to deliver CESB's strategic and operational excellence.
As a leader, the incumbent needs lo have a passion for developing people, have a strong work ethic, with the ability to manage
multiple workflows and projects simultaneously
