The position is responsible for enabling CESB identifies human resources requirements and forecast HR demand and supply in
different economic sectors forecasting FIR demand and supply in order to better resolve skills shortages and manpower
The Incumbent will work closely with the Division Manager for Strategic Human Resources Development Planning and Skills
Development Programmes to provide policy guidance ensuring matching the skills
development demand and supply at the labour market, solve skills shortage and overproduction of
manpower with an emphasis on priority sectors and orient government investments against contributions from other stakeholders
in skills development programmes
