Applicants should be in possession of an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in preferably Human Resource Management or Public Administration and Management or Business Administration. A Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognised University / Institution of higher learning and Master’s degree in any of the above, or its equivalent are desirable.


The incumbent should have a minimum of Ten (10) years’ experience in a similar position preferably in a busy private or public institution and excellent computer skills including knowledge/skills in current/ modern Human Resources Management Packages.
Initiating and updating NAADS Human Resource Policies, regulations, guidelines, administrative procedures, strategies and systems;
Initiating and taking lead in the preparation of work plans and budgets for human resource section;
Conducting assessment of training needs for staff;
Compiling data on human resource gaps;
Implementing staff welfare activities and programmes;
