· Essential: Excellent proficiency in English and Swahili both spoken and written I Full proficiency

Job Description and Responsibilities
• Program Manager: (s)he will manage the portfolio of KOICA's bilateral country projects by
coordinating the necessary activities and ensuring quality management by cooperating with

· Volunteer Program Coordinator: (s)he will be mandated to general work related KOICA's
volunteer program with regard in demand survey of organization, dispatchvolunteers to each
region and manage volunteers' overall activity.
- Operate overall KOICA's volunteer program and manage national Volunteer Program
- Liaise with relevant organizations (host organization, government and local authorities etc.)
relating to volunteer program.
Prepare needful documents andtranslate documents from Kiswahili into English
