1. Diploma in IT, Records Management, Environmental Health or related field from a recognized institution
2. Knowledge of records management procedures is mandatory
3. Knowledge of assigned program activities guidelines and processes
4. Ability to operate various work-processing software, spreadsheets, and database programs.
5. Maintain confidentiality.
6. Interact and maintain good working relationships with individuals of varying social and cultural backgrounds.
7. Communicate efficiently and effectively both verbally and in writing.
8. Carry out multiple task~ and meet deadlines.
1. Keeps track of received data and source documents
2. Prepares and sorts source documents, and identifies and interprets data to be entered.
3. Contacts preparers of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data
4. Confirms accuracy of data such as center name/location, days, and dates
5. Compares data entered with source documents
6. Reviews and makes necessary corrections to data entered
7. Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered
8. Reviews various data collection forms and suggest improvements if needed
9. Assists in establishing and maintaining an effective and efficient records management system
10. Generates reports and responds to inquiries regarding entered data as requested
11. Maintains confidential information
12. Perform other job related duties as assigned
