• Masters Midwifery or other relevant health related academic qualifications
• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Tanzania
• Up to date license to practice in Tanzania
• Certificate in project management will be an added advantage
• A minimum of 5 years' experience of working as a nurse midwife in clinical or educational institutions
• Recognized trainer of trainers (TOT) in Reproductive Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent health
• Experience in Research
• Experience in project planning, monitoring and evaluation
• Support capacity building of over 200 midwives in designated project sites
• Provide clinical supervision to about 21 Midwives upgrading from diploma to degree
• Participate in monitoring and evaluation of project performance
• Ensure smooth implementation of the project within the allocated budgets and plans
• Identify potential and actual challenges and escalate appropriately
