Roles and Responsibilities: Assist the Director of HR in the recruitment and orientation of newly recruited staff Provide administrative office support to the HR office and ensure smooth running of the office Provide day-to-day administration of staff benefits Maintain up-to-date employee's records in both electronic and hard copy files Assist in management of the performance management processes Assist in the administration of HR Policies, addressing staff grievances and in handling disciplinary issues Coordinate the staff welfare initiatives and all staff events e.g. staff retreats and meetings. Maintain follow up with staff and Managers with submission of various document required due to HR periodical processes Updated CV. Bio data forms etc. • Be a focal person for Medical insurance • Be a focal person for iCIMS • Work with HR officer to maintain Consultancy data-base and consultancy engagement • Work on project restructuring and staff transitioning between projects
