A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing/design.
    Minimum of a Bachelors degree in marketing (or other relevant subject) or equivalent level of qualification.
    A track record in effectively developing and directing marketing initiatives and analysis efforts.
    Experience in brand development and collateral development including design and production – Photoshop, InDesign, filming, video editing, design software.
    A willingness to travel to remote rural locations in developing countries where we operate.
    Ability to work collaboratively, and communicate and influence effectively, in a global team of professionals.
    An ability to represent accurately and sensitively, in a culturally appropriate way, the brand and the organisation’s Christian identity.
    A proven track record of writing copy for marketing materials.
    Effective in written and verbal communication in English.
Evaluate the level of success and achieve continuous improvement.
Oversee the creation and implementation of key marketing collateral, online presence and social media efforts for VisionFund, through team and through own hands-on work.
VisionFund needs constant development and attention to key marketing collateral, to ensure the achievement of organisational objectives.
Monitor and improve the Global Brand and design of VisionFund, ensuring consistency both at Global Centre and field level.
Consistent branding and design need to be developed, communicated, and adhered to by the VisionFund network. This role has sole responsibility for this.
