Requirements
Possession of a diploma in Public/Business Administration/ Marketing
or related fields from a recognized Institution. Must be computer
literate. Must have at least 2 years working experience from reputable
Organization.
Conditions
Age limit is 45 years.
Responsibilities
Employees duties include but not limited to the following :-
Front office staff charged with receiving all sort of customers at
the first instant
Print water bills when relevant
Issues water bills to customers on request
• Receives and records customer inquiries/complaints and reports
them to supervisors on time.
• Answers customer's queries/complaints within given limits.
Keeps in regular contact with customers.
Keeps up to date with all water and sewerage services and
procedures.
Updates customer records within given limits
• Takes part in customer promotions or events.
Any other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor/superiors
