Requirements
1. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or in the Social
Sciences
2. At least 3 years progressive experience working in Human Resources and Administration.
3. Should have working knowledge of South Sudan labour regulations
4. Good relations maintenance and with good inter-personnel skills
5. Good planning and organisational development skills.
6. Must have good judgemental skills and ability to report accurately.
7. A proactive person is required with analytical skills and problem solving approach.
8. Fluent in spoken and written English (Knowledge of Arabic language an advantage)
9. Proficient in working with micro-soft packages such as word and excel

Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the HR Manager during recruitment, induction, discipline,
performance and exit management processes.
2. Ensure that all leave forms are timely submitted and are updated on the individual statement of
leave
3. In collaboration with line managers, ensure that written handovers are done by all staff proceeding
on leave or R&R, and foca l persons appointed.
4. Develop and implement plans, inc luding timetables, for contract reviews, performance management
reviews, and ensure timely notice is given to staff on end of contract of employment through
consultation with the Human Resources and Administration Manager and upon approval by the
Country Director (CD).
5. Track the staff submission of the monthly timesheets and verify for completeness in time for the
reconciliation and payroll budget distribution.
6. In the absence of the HRM work with the Finance Administrator to process the monthly payroll.
7. Facilitate and submit the regulatory remittance such as the PIT, maintain the rem ittance records
and follow on the renewal of a valid tax certificate.
