Requirements
A Master or Bachelor degree on Anthropology, or sociology, or Community development is desirable
At least 5 proven years’ experience in Community empowerment techniques with INGOs or Local NGOs
Knowing of Somalia context is preferable and experience in post emergency and post recovery programme.
Ability to work to Under pressure and tight deadlines, with minimal supervision;
Ability to support Community mechanisms that favour increased uptake of services delivery and result based programming.
Strong analytical skills, training, oral and written communication, and team-building skills;
Proficient in English and Somali
