• At least three years of progressively responsible experience in human resources management and administration and a holder of a
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; conversant with personnel management and performance
management processes; proven ability to build relationships and credibility; strong analytical skills; ability to work under minimum
supervision; previous experience working under USAID funded projects is an added advantage.
Interpret and communicate various WEl/Bantwana policies, procedures, laws, standards to all staff including proper orientation to new
staff; administer, co- ordinate and support staff recruitment process; maintain and update employee's personal files; facilitate the process
of staff appraisals with their super\iisors; deal with staff general welfare; perform any other related human resource activities as may be assigned.
