Minimum two years work experience in similar position.

Responsibilities
1. Provide overall implementation and coordination of CBM procurement and logistics;
2. Ensure the proper implementation and timely functioning of the procurement and logistics management of CBM, including procurement, suppliers contact and logistical support;
3. Ensure that all necessary documents are collected and submitted to the CBM Administration for each procurement and delivery;
4. Follow CBM and BEC procedure in implementing any procurement and logistic task.
5. Establish and maintain records of all aspects associated with procurement and logistics of CBM;
6. Ensure consistent communication, coordination with CBM Finance and Administration Manager and Project Manager;
7. Implement proper control and monitoring procedures for the procurement and contracting processes;
8. Prepare and conduct Request for Quotations, Purchase Requests, Bid Analysis Sheet, Local Purchase Orders and review purchase receipts, quotations, bids and proposals;
9. Provide recommendations on pricing, sourcing and specifications relating material, goods and services for the BEC project;
10. Overview BEC Store, supervise stock keeping, stock card recording;
11. Implement effective internal control of assets, inventory and property management;
12. Assist in the coordination of vehicle controls, supervision of drivers, and management of staff movements;
