Requirements
First degree and further qualification in Project Management.
Minimum four years work experience in similar position, preferably with an international development organization.
Skills:
 Experience in project design, monitoring, review and evaluation and the application of this information to programme quality improvements
 Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong cross-cultural professional relationships
 Experience working with people with disabilities and the disability inclusive development sector a considerable advantage
 Excellent personal and public communication and negotiation skills with all types and levels of stakeholders
 Good training and/or tutoring skills both on individual and group basis
 Ability to take the initiative, multi-task, prioritise work and meet deadlines
 Quality results oriented
 Demonstrate and safeguard ethics and integrity
 High degree of independency from close supervision
 Computer literate and familiar with use of spreadsheets and accounting packages.
 Good written and spoken English
 Reflects CBM values in daily work

Responsibilities
1. Establish a system to monitor and document all project activities and assets (e.g. monitor inventories of all medical and non-medical supplies & equipment);
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly (narrative component of the PPR), and other project reports as required by the CBM Regional Programme Manager and in collaboration with the CBM Project Coordinator;
3. Support the development of project proposals;
4. Develop work plans and proposals in collaboration with Medical Director;
5. Plan, organize, clinical and surgical outreaches in coordination with the Medical Director,
6. Provide leadership and mentorship to the Finance and Administration Manager and the other CBM staff in line with good organisational practice, and ensure their performance and ensure weekly work plan of activities is well coordinated
7. Act as a liaison officer with the BEC, including handling concerns to the programme raised by seconded staffs
8. Liaison with government ministries,
9. Represent CBM in front of the government of South Sudan and relevant stakeholders (Ministry of Health GOSS and Ministry of Health Jubek State)
10. Carry out all the necessary registrations and bureaucratic needs regarding the operations of CBM in South Sudan (NGO Registration and Certificates, support Expat VISA and Work Permit submission);
