Requirements
• Diploma or degree in agronomy or related field
• Minimum three years of experience working as an FSL Coordinator
• Previous experience working for an INGO

Responsibilities
• Assist the FSL Program Manager with Food Security & Livelihoods program design, activity
implementation, and monitoring and evaluation
• Lead beneficiary verification and screening in collaboration with FSL officers and pertinent
local authorities for various agriculture and livelihood related activities
• Prepare and update training curriculum, train the target community with better means of
production, monitor ongoing trainings, facilitate payment of per diem and compile training
reports.
• Lead implementation of seeds, tools and other inputs distributions to the beneficiaries
• Carryout monthly market survey, compile and submit the reports to program manager
• Represent SP on FSL related meetings in the absence of the program manager
• Initiate and /or follow up purchases based on the annual procurement plan so that project
inputs will be provided in timely manner.
• Conduct regular monitoring visit to the project areas so as to identify challenges, point of
improvement, and success stories
• Document beneficiary profiles, input support documents and other documents for the FSL
program
• Track inventory of agricultural items
• Compile periodic activity plans, reports, and vehicle arrangement requests and submit them to
FSL program manager
• Conduct regular review meetings with FSL officers so as to discuss accomplishments,
problems encountered and seek possible solutions together
• Assist in compiling and follow up with local purchases of agricultural items
• Assume responsibility for continuing FSL activities in the absence of the FSL Program
Manager
• Maintain a strong Christian witness to colleagues, vendors, charitable beneficiaries, and the
general public.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
