Responsibilities
Coordination of all recruitments process in the mission, seeking approval from the labor Office
for recruitments and coordinating with other departments during recruitment to ensure
transparency in the recruitment process
Follow up of all staff contracts ensuring that they are up to date and in conformity with the
Labor laws of South Sudan and that all are filled securely for any follow up and audits.
Enforcement of HR Policies and procedure throughout the organization ensuring that each staff
understand the expectation of the organization based on the prevailing policies, formulate new
policies and procedures in accordance with the labor law of South Sudan and periodically review
all policies to conform to the labor laws of South Sudan.
Monitor the legal status of the organization and ensure that these are up to date. These
includes the renewal of the registration certificates with all the relevant Government
departments (RRC, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Justice and constitutional affairs)
Follow up on Expatriate staff legal status, including visitors from the HQ ensuring that they are
legally in South Sudan (Visa, work Permits, and registration)
