Diploma in Clinical Medicine/Nursing;
• 2yrs plus experience in the field of medics;
• A strong knowledge of working English (Spoken and Written);
• Knowledge and interest in Development and Humanitarian work;
• A very strong experienced/background working with Windows, incl. Word, Excel and Power
• Understanding of working in the INGOs setup;
• Ability to stay focused, efficient, and effective in managing multiple priorities

• Good in prioritizing and structuring work in a busy work environment;
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal team, cross-functional team, and external

Ensure the Medical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) followed at all times;
• Has a general understanding of all Standard Operating Procedures.
• Provides immediate medical cover to all team personnel in their area of operation at all times
while on duty;
• Stabilizes the casualty in the event of an accident;
• Reports the health conditions of all team members to the Medical Co-ordinator on a weekly
• Enusre all medical kits contain itemized list of contents showing expiry dates, and the lists are
to be updated whenever items are used, or replaced;
• Daily manage all medical kits and ensure all are packed in a uniform and organised manner
to allow for easy access and quick removal when required in an emergency;
• Conducts CASEVAC exercise before and during each task and at least once every month as
• Conducts CASEVAC training and refresher course to EOD Operators and drivers.
• Drafts CASEVAC plans and reports to the TA;
• Provide an immediate course of treatment en route to hospital or at the scene incase of
ref era ls;
• Ensure technical equipment, including ventilators to assist breathing and defibrillators to treat
heart failure, in order to resuscitate and stabilise patients;
• Produce thorough case notes and report the patient's history, condition and treatment to
relevant hospital staff;
