About Company: The National Construction Authority (NCA) is a state corporation established by an Act of Parliament; the National Construction Authority Act No. 41of2011. The broad mandate of NCA is to oversee construction industry and coordinate its development. One of its key functions among others is to initiate and maintain a construction industry information system. • Earned doctoral degree in relevant disciplines such as Engineering, Architecture,
Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Economics,
Landscape Architecture, Planning, Surveying, Business Administration or
Minimum offive (3) years of peer reviewing experience for reputable regional and
international journal articles. 
• Widely published
in matters concerning the construction industry
• Competence in the use of, and navigation through, the online submission and 
manuscript management
platform of a Journal
Undertake a timely, transparent, fair, objective and thorough review of submitted
research papers
within given timelines 
Assess and determine if ~ubmitted papers are publishable, original and fill a
knowledge gap within the scope of National Construction Journal 
Give constructive feedback with reasonable counsel in a professional tone to the
Journal's Editorial Committee and by extension to the paper author 
• Declare all possible and actual·areas of conflict of interest
• Resp.ect the confidentiality of the submitted manuscripts during or after the 
peer-review proces
