Requirements
Master in Social Sciences, Business Administration,
Economics or Statistics and Planning with at least six
years' experience in M&E. The candidate should have
expertise in analysing data using statistical software,
good communication skills and writing skills

Responsibilities
1) Develop and maintain M&E system for REPOA
and its Strategic Business Units; support relevant
departments to understand M& E systems. use
M&E tools and follow M&E procedures that will
enhance effective - delivery and reporting at
institutional and project levels;
2) Monitor on-going research and to ensure that
researchers abide to their contracts with REPOA,
in terms of the timeframe and resource utilization;
3) Ensure the development of comprehensive,
strategic and annual operational plans and
budgets; prepare annual M&E work-plan and
budget by involving all relevant departments;
4) Track research outputs and measure their
contribution to outcomes; initiate and manage
policy outcome/impact evaluatioM for learning
and accountability;
5) Monitor the implementation of strategic and
annual operational plans of the institution by the
relevant departments and draw the attention of
the management to any significant deviations
from agreed targets in a timely manner.
6) Develop monitoring and evaluation system and
tools for purposes of assessing the operational
effectiveness and outcomes of programmes;
ensure the mainstreaming of M&E capacity across
departments and facilitate institutional learning
and the sharing of lessons learned on M&E across
projects.
