• Develop guidelines and monitor utilization of finance and assets in line with PACE financial policies and procedures.( Financial and Asset Management). • Develop, review and monitor the implementation of regional annual, quarterly and monthly work plans and budget for regional operations. • Monitor the implementation of People and Culture activities in line with systems, policies and procedures(performance management, staff development, safety and security, disciplinary etc)- People and Culture Management. • Engage, maintain and build effective relationships with implementing partners to achieve their participation in PACE’s programs at the regional level. (Advocacy, PR and partnership development)
