Requirements
University Degree in Business related studies or equivalent.
Practical experience in use of relevant MIS,BI and MS Office applications.
Knowledge of relevant Card Products and service.
Technical skills to effectively perforni Card Centre activities/tasks in a manner that consistently produces high quality of service.

Responsibilities
Data capture for new debit and credit card creation in card system.
Personalization of card and/or production of PIN mailers.
Process debit and credit card renewals/reissues/replacements.
Manage in bound calls within Card Centre.
Manage Card Centre CBAT CRM queue within agreed SLA for case closure.
Ensure provision of card services within the prescribed SLAs.
Ensuring total quality in meeting customer expectations while adhering to the bank's policy of " getting things right the first time".
Card consumable stock management, base cards, PIN mailers, Statement stationary etc. as per procedure.
Prompt verification of card applications, processing and issuance of debit and credit cards.
Manage the dispatch and delivery of cards to branches, to ensure within SLA.
Monthly preparation of MIS report on card business to be shared to all stakeholders.
Daily review and reconciliation of PIN mailers and cards, and all card accounts and ATM suspense.
Daily review to ensure effective coilection of card and ATM charges on card sales/issuance and all card transaction fees.
Daily monitoring and reporting of credit card delinquencies to all stakeholders.
