Requirements
• A holder of a Bachelors' degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
and a HND in HR Management;
• 5 years' practical experience as a HR generalist with at least 2 years in a supervisory
role;
• In-depth knowledge of the Kenyan labour and related laws as well as HR best
practices;
• Experience in employee and industrial relations;
• Dynamic and result oriented;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• A member of IHRM; and
• Qualified and experienced female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day to day HR operations by handling employee issues, disputes and
grievances as well as ensuring maintenance of accurate HR records;
2. Coordinate new hires on-boarding process;
3. Training employees on HR policies and procedures;
4. Development and implementation of mechanisms for employee counseling services;
5. Oversight of employee related insurances;
6. Coordinating the operations of the staff pension scheme;
7. Enforcing HR related statutory compliance in the organisation; and
8. Foster relations with service providers, partners and relevant government agencies.
