Requirements
1. An Honor’s Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or Social Sciences plus a Masters’ Degree in Human Resource Management or Organizational Psychology both from recognized universities; 2. Responsibilities
1. Implement recruitment activities for required Staff, including placement of temporary employees and interns, and conduct new-employee orientations as well monitor career-pathing program. 2. Support the Performance Management process following the established performance management system. 3. Administer the employee compensation program in line with approved policies and guidelines. 4. Maintain human resource information system records and compiles report from established databases. 5. Coordinate the staff capacity building exercises in accordance with the UCDA staff development policy.
