Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary coursework, training and/or certification as a senior administrative assistant is highly desirable; demonstrated ability to use computer technology with competence in Microsoft Word, Excel and Sharepoint.
Work Experience: At least seven years of progressively responsible experience in a demanding front-office setting. Experience with an international organisation is highly desirable.
Languages: Arabic, English and French are the official languages of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon. For this post fluency in oral and written English is required. Knowledge of the other official languages will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities
Effective administration and smooth running of the IOR, providing general administrative / office management support to the Principal.
Ensuring smooth information flow between the Principal and his/her staff as well as the other Organs; managing inter-office and inter-organ correspondence, communication and coordination between the Registrar/Deputy Registrar and external contacts, and with internal service units.
Managing the Principal's complex agenda, liaising with internal and external parties, prioritising various and sometimes conflicting commitments. Evaluating and keeping track of important events/meetings and advising the Principal of priorities and critical meetings requiring his/her presence, compiling paperwork and briefing documents and making necessary arrangements for her participation.
Coordinating with IOR staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality products, effective working methods, a good working atmosphere and good communication. Contributing to work on IOR finances, onboarding of new staff, leave monitoring, and general maintenance and upkeep of office systems, stationery and equipment.
