Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in administrative positions, preferably in WHO in functions encompassing personnel matters   Experience in interpreting personnel rules and procedures as well as administration of staff entitlements.

Responsibilities
Coordinates and reviews all HR operations and transactions pertaining to contract administration and management; verifies correctness of data and transactions including conformity with Staff Rules and WHO Manual;
Assists HR Officer to ensure efficient contract administration and staff entitlements monitoring; advises and guides staff on their entitlements, indemnities and benefits;
Monitors appointments, leave management and termination formalities including ensuring that clearance certificates are timely processed and monitored for timely payment of final entitlements;
