Manages and updates the Visitors Services website (visit.un.org) and Facebook page, including drafting and editing content; assists in design, development, and maintenance of Internet Applications.
Identifies and prepares new material for inclusion in website by: researching information sources for relevant material and cross-checking information as required; preparing new pages, incorporating graphics and photographs.
Provides specialized assistance in the production and delivery of information products and services.
Ensures availability and appropriate packaging of products for distribution at special events, exhibits, Answers queries from the general public (emails, telephone, in-person, letters, including those addressed to the Secretary-General).
