Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline is required; Minimum 3 years' experience at national/international institutions on human resources or talent management; Fluency in written and spoken English is required; and Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Visio or similar is required.
Develop Human Resources Requirement plans for selected Country Offices, based on project needs; Development job descriptions for national and international personnel positions; Preparing job classification documentation in consultation with the CO teams and Hub management, including liaison with different teams, as required; Prepare vacancy announcement using UNDP's corporate systems; Screen candidates (long listing); Coordinate technical tests and interview process; Prepare recruitment packages, as needed; Monitoring and tracking of all transactions by Country and provide updates/reports, as required; Provide support to the Country Offices to on-board new staff and personnel; and Develop a roster of candidates for different type of personnel required for the Projects, in consultation with the Regional Hub teams.
