Requirements
Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in political science, international relations, social science, economics, law, public administration, or a related field. A first university degree with a combination of two years professional and academic qualifications may be accepted in lieu of the Master's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities
Provide substantive, administrative and practical support to the OCoS in implementing the Mission's mandate; -
Keep the CoS informed about all matters requiring his/her personal attention, assist in formulating options as to how those matters might be handled, and ensure appropriate follow-up, as directed;
Identify, analyze and monitor political developments and emerging issues in Libya with respect to the implementation of the Mission's mandate;
Coordinate/draft summary and analytical reports including, but not limited to, situation reports, briefing notes, notes to file, press communiqués, note verbale, code cables and input for the reports of the Secretary-General to the Security Council;
Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence; Draft correspondence for the CoS signature;
Support and coordinate preparations for official meetings, events and visits, including through the provision of Secretariat and administrative services and by drafting talking points and speeches, prepare written summaries and conduct follow-up activities, as appropriate;
Facilitate the flow of information between Mission sections and components;
