Advanced graduate degree, preferably a PhD in economics or finance, or equivalent professional experience.
At least 15 years' experience gained in either a central bank, treasury, national supervisory or regulatory authority, international financial organisation, or in private or non-governmental sector.
develop the strategy of the FSB to enable the FSB to fulfil its mandate;
    identify relevant policy issues, develop proposals for work on those issues, formulate policy approaches, and generate consensus on policy recommendations;
    develop and operationalise processes for monitoring and assessing financial stability risks, and for monitoring implementation and for assessing effects of agreed FSB policies; and  develop and support the coordination and cooperation among FSB members in the development, implementation and operation of policies; and     evelop and implement public communication strategies for the FSB, to generate understanding of and support for its objectives, work and policy recommendations.
