Train partners and village relief committees (VRCs) on the voucher system
Monitor market prices
Regularly visit – the intervention and distribution sites to assist Field monitors to establish project implementation techniques, accountability and reporting
systems in line with standard SOS procedures
Conduct random interviews of beneficiaries to determine use of commodities, efficiency of the distribution and project implementation, to identify
successful intervention techniques, and to identify potential areas of improvement. Make recommendations for improving performance of field-based
interventions and activities.
S/he helps to design the program with the communities, liaises with SOS staff and shares reports on daily activities in the field and oversees project
budget, works with field monitors to ensure high quality performance targets and best practices, and maintains positive relationships with local authorities,
NGOs and UN agencies on site
Coordinating and monitoring all project activities including voucher distribution, redemption in registered market outlets, observance of internal voucher
program controls and prevention against fraud.
Assist VRCs and field monitors in recruitment and development of beneficiaries and vendors registers.
Train vendors on voucher data capture during voucher redemption. Coordinate and monitor voucher data collection and analysis.

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences/ Development Studies/ Sociology/ Relevant field.
Minimum of three years’ experience in humanitarian and development programming
Strong M/E skills and experience
People management skills and experience
Experience in managing donor projects
Proven experience managing grants in an emergency response situation
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
