Requirements
Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in political science, social science, public administration, international studies, economics, engineering, earth sciences or a related field. A first-level university degree in combination with two years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree

Responsibilities
Monitors, analyzes and reports on developments related to humanitarian financing and pooled funding, and to monitoring and evaluation of humanitarian response.
Organizes and prepares studies on CERF and broader humanitarian financing issues, including country level reviews of CERF's added value; organizes follow-up work, including interagency technical review meetings to support policy development work and decision-making on important issues pertaining to CERF.
Participates in large, complex projects; assists in CERF involvement in international humanitarian/emergency assistance for complex emergency/disaster situations and in ensuring the necessary support for CERF related processes at field and headquarter level;
