Requirements
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Project Management journalism, Community Development
or equivalent.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Capacity to produce high-quality briefs and reports in English
Experience in program design development
Experience in a non-governmental organization (desirable)
Ability to train and build capacity of others Proficient in using ICT tools

Responsibilities
Produce Annual Work Plans and Action Plans of organization in collaboration with Strategic Manager and POs
Supervise Programme Officers under your supervision
Monitor Gender Based Violence (GBV) issues
Be champion in proposal writing in collaboration with Fundraising officer and project officers
In close collaboration with Senior Accountant, prepare Budget for various Projects to ensure are in line with
advocacy activities under your coordination for smooth implementation and execution of activities
Advice Program Officers on project implementation.
Provide necessary inputs and advice on the media publicity materials
Oversee planning processes for strategic directions of Association
Generate project ideas and assist in writing grant proposals for funding of gender, capacity building and advocacy
interventions
Assist on organize and supervise fundraising activities to support implementation of gender, capacity building and
advocacy projects
Coordinate implementation of gender, capacity building and advocacy projects
Supervise the provision of liaison services for problem solving and information sharing with members and
stakeholders
Submit quarterly and Annual project implementation reports to the Executive Director
Perform any other project management duties as directed by the Executive Director·
