Requirements
Graduation from secondary school (DUT, BTS or equivalent) or equivalent school and specialized training in fields relevant to the position (e.g. publishing, editing). Training in page-layout software such as InDesign is also required

Responsibilities
Serve as the project assistant for volumes of the IARC Monographs and the IARC Handbooks of Cancer Prevention, according to their position in the workflow (pre-meeting, post-meeting, checking, editing, or publication).
Manage documents before, during, and after Monographs and Handbooks meetings, from the first draft to the final version for publication in print and online, using specialized electronic publishing software and tools.
Under the guidance of the Scientific Editor, maintain the IARC Monographs website and the IARC Handbooks website using specialized application software (Dreamweaver). This involves updating the websites regularly to post new and updated information and designing and building new webpages as required.
Document processes within the workflow as well as prepare and continuously update procedures documents (SOPs).
