Responsibilities
To equip fruit and vegetable aggregators and pack-house operators with the knowledge and skills required for efficient post-harvest handling at the level of pack-house operations in order to maintain produce quality according to SPS standards, extend shelf-life and reduce post-harvest losses.
    To assist Ghana's Food & Drugs Authority (FDA) in the certification of available pack-houses in support of IFSSP's produce traceability development and piloting scheme.
    To make recommendations that will further enhance effective post-harvest handling at pack-house level, and also ensure adequate adoption of skills and knowledge acquired during training
