Credentialing and privileging of faculty through applying the Credentialing and Privileging Policies and chairing the Credentialing Committee.
Ensuring that every faculty has a plan to attain the required privileges and is well executed in practice.
Creating a strong academic and service milieu in all the Service Lines of the Hospital, the Outreach Services and the Secondary Hospitals.
Developing, implementing and monitor compliance with the institutions' policies, bylaws and regulations.
Evaluating and adjusting policies according to international standards and best practices.
Handling patient complaints, critical incidents and sentinel events as per the institutions' policies.
